Moshe Nagar is a seasoned Quality Assurance expert with over 25 years of experience in the defense and aerospace industries. As Head of Quality Assurance at Flight Material, he ensures the highest manufacturing standards by implementing ISO 9001 and AS 9100 certifications, overseeing precision composite material production, and leading advanced quality control processes.

Gadi Minikes – Senior Composite Materials Technologist

Gadi Minikes is a veteran expert in composite materials with decades of hands-on experience in Israel’s aerospace and defense industries. He played key roles in major projects such as the Arava aircraft, the Lavi fighter jet, and several UAV programs including Searcher, Hunter, and Eitan. Gadi also contributed to prototype development, wind tunnel operations, and composite manufacturing at IAI’s MALAT Division.

He is the author of "Composite Materials – Materials, Manufacturing Methods, and Products", a respected practical guide in the field.
